Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wenguhall.com (the "Site") and purchases from Wen Gu Hall (问古堂). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Products

• We offer new, modern handmade Chinese crafts — jade jewellery, Yixing zisha teaware, porcelain, calligraphy, ink painting and related scholar pieces — as described on each product page.
• Every piece listed is one of a kind. Availability is confirmed when you order; sold pieces are removed from the collection.
• Photographs and descriptions on the Site are of the actual piece offered. Measurements and materials are those stated on the product page; we do not invent ages, historical provenance or certificates that are not shown there.

Ordering & payment

• Online PayPal checkout: add a piece to the treasure box on the Site and pay with PayPal (or the card options PayPal shows). The amount charged matches the price shown for the pieces in your treasure box.
• WhatsApp / email orders: you may quote a SKU on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send a secure payment link when the piece is available.
• An order is accepted when payment is completed (PayPal capture or payment-link confirmation) and we have confirmed the piece is still available. If a piece has already sold, we will not charge you, or we will refund you in full.
• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the English Site. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Shipping (summary)

• Pieces ship from Shenzhen, China. Standard shipping is free, tracked and insured.
• Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
• Typical delivery after dispatch: Japan 5–10 business days; North America and Europe 7–15 business days. Full details: Shipping & Delivery.

Returns (summary)

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp, with your order details.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in original packaging, with tracking and insurance. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Full details: Returns & Refunds.

Using the Site

• The Site is provided for browsing and purchasing our collection. Do not misuse it (for example by attempting to disrupt checkout or scrape content for resale).
• Your treasure box is stored in your browser (localStorage). Clearing site data empties the box.
