Shipping & Delivery

All pieces ship from Yixing, Jiangsu, China, and we deliver worldwide.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Every shipment is tracked and fully insured (DHL, FedEx or EMS, depending on destination).
Typical delivery times after dispatch: Japan 5–10 business days; North America and Europe 7–15 business days. Remote regions may take longer.
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Each piece is photographed and condition-checked before dispatch. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first by email or WhatsApp with your order details.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, shipped back with tracking and insurance. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
Transit damage: if your piece arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we will offer a full refund or, where possible, a replacement.
As every piece in our collection is one of a kind, direct exchanges are generally not available.

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and respond to your inquiries: your name, shipping address, email and phone number.
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except with shipping carriers as required to deliver your order.
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies and we do not run analytics that identify you personally.
You may contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
